Recommends taking 1 per day giving you a 90 day supply. Product information indicates that it is sugar Free, and was manufactured in a GMP facility in the US. Product was easy to take and chew, didn't have a bad taste. For the quantity it was a decent value for the cost.

I've been taking these chewables for a few weeks and noticed less knee pain after workouts. The tablets have a light mint flavor, which is a nice touch. Not the cheapest option out there, but so far my joints feel a little less creaky.

Interesting flavor. These are chewable pills, not swallowed. They are too large to be swallowed. What I really like about these is the benefits. The flavor may take a little getting used to for some people. It is not a strong dislike for myself, but it’s one that I don’t want to linger in my mouth. I am ready with my tea close at hand. There is a minty profile with it, but underneath the mint is one that is a little bit peppery or like ginger. And because it’s powdery, you want to rinse afterwards. I take these around a time I am eating. I do not experience any stomach upset when taking this. I like the good benefits of this supplement. I feel like it has been useful for relieving some of my pain.

These tablets have what many consider to be ingredients effective in joint help through anti-inflammation properties. That's the good news. The bad news is that the tablets are incredibly chalky and not very good tasting. Kind of a weirdly strong mint flavor, which isn't at all tasty, I likely won't be getting this again.
